Founded in 1995 in Germany, PROVOX is the worldwide market leader in modern agenda management software.

With the knowlegde gained as a City Clerk in a midsize city administration in Germany, Markus Vogt founded his first company in 1994 and the PROVOX Systemplanung GmbH in the beginning of 1995.

Before that, he was member of the CIVIS project, a project from the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung and some data centers in Germany. This project focused on developing a agenda management software.

With his knowledge form more than 7 years as a City Clerk and hundreds of agendas, meetings and minutes, Markus Vogt developed his first agenda management software in 1991 and presented it on the CeBIT 1992 (the largest computer and software trading fair worldwide).

PROVOX has been in partnership with Microsoft since 1995 and a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner since 2004.We signed an agreement to develop all software based on Microsoft.NET since 2004.

In summer 2008, Markus Vogt founded the PROVOX Systems Inc. in Delaware and opened a U.S. office in Springfield, Missouri.

October 1, 2008 PROVOX opened its U.S. headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
